Text Anxiety?

Nuance Communications is, reportedly, making texting faster (and safer?) than ever with their new software which allows mobile phone users to compose a text message by speaking instead of typing.

Not only does this save wear and tear on your fingers, but it's apparently even faster than you or I could type it (even with a full QWERTY keyboard). To illustrate this point, Nuance Communications issued a challenge: "Man vs Machine," so to speak.

The fastest texter alive (and others) versus a Nuance staff member, using their software, can be seen on the following YouTube.com video (which I have yet to watch):

Will there be a Vernacular Version of this software? lol

Interesting idea, however, I do text in public places and do not want all my business everywhere. Lol.

So...Wise...Sista is too wise for me. I don't know what "Will there be a Vernacular Version of this software," means.

:-)

Miz JJ, you don't have to use the software all the time - just when it's convenient to do so.

Now you know I want that. I'm nothing more than a geek gadget girl with a tiara.
