That's right, today marks the one-year anniversary of this blog. For some, I'm sure it's hard to believe that it's been a full year. I've been told that it feels like six months - tops. For others, I'm sure it's harder still to believe that I've ONLY been pissing and moaning about semantics, discussing discussions, and generally geeking-out for one year. It probably feels like I've stuffed about two or three years worth of complaints and hair-splitting into this time.
Still, it's been a fun ride. Although I'd been told by a few people that I should start a blog, I never really felt motivated enough to go there. It took an extreme moment of pissivity to get me to start my own little online forum.
That's right. Anyone who's gone back and looked at the first several posts knows that this blog was conceived in a moment of anger and served as an outlet to vent my frustrations. It still serves that purpose, to a degree, but I feel like it's become something more - for me, if for no one else.
Now, I'm thinking about what it will be in the future. I'd like to do more of some of the things I used to do around here - like reviewing movies, talking comics, spotlighting gadgetry, and, of course, explaining and complaining about the self-defeating trends I see in human interaction.
Maybe a new look is on the horizon, as well, but, if so, I think that'll wait until October (Breast Cancer Awareness/Domestic Violence Awareness Month) passes.
If there are things you'd like to see more or less of around here, feel free to say so. We don't have to agree. I'll consider the feedback, as always, and then I'll do whatever moves me.

Happy Anniversary. Your are the *bomb* West, always insightful and now I must go and venture back to the very first blog entry so that I can feel the anger. Here's to many more years and eventually a wedding photos post!
