Black and Latino victims of Katrina worth less than Whites?

An online study by the Washington Post in conjunction with a Stanford researcher found that Americans were more willing to support extended government aid to white victims of Katrina than African-Americans and Latinos.

The cost of being Black or Latino amounted to about $1000.

only in the eye of the beholder.
