That distinction really doesn't need to be made.<BR/><BR/>While race is at times a factor, I don't know how this particular case played out, so I don't know why the men weren't convicted. Perhaps the prosecutor wasn't up to snuff, and thats why "nothing happened". Maybe the men really aren't guilty......I don't know.<BR/><BR/>But I don't think its "fair", if you will, to compare the two cases.
